Tricia Shelby serves as Marketing Director at Landco Real Estate, where she oversees branding, content creation, and strategic marketing initiatives across the company’s commercial portfolio in Huntsville.
A Huntsville resident for nearly 20 years, Tricia brings over seven years of experience in marketing and creative strategy. She played a key role in rebranding H.C. Blake, a 142-year-old company, helping modernize its identity while preserving its long-standing reputation. This experience reflects her ability to balance legacy with forward-thinking strategy.
Building on that foundation, Tricia went on to launch TC Content Creation, where she partnered with local businesses to grow their brands, strengthen their messaging, and expand their reach. Her work with small businesses continues to influence her approach today.
